Upturn Associates was established ten years ago by Simon Turner, who has spent many years training and developing people. We understand that what you do affects your employees’ attitudes to your business, which in turn affects their performance and the success of your business. As a result, our approach is to find ways to help people manage both themselves and their people more effectively.

Simon Turner has earned Membership of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development. He has an MSc in Human Resource Development and a Diploma in Personnel Management. As well as running Upturn Associates, he is also a visiting lecturer in training and development at the Portsmouth Business School. Simon is currently preparing a chapter for a new CIPD core teaching text on Leading and Managing People.
